Max Greenamoyer joins the PLU men’s basketball coaching staff as an assistant prior to the 2025-2026 season after a standout collegiate career in the Hoosier State.
Greenamoyer played in 94 games and made 92 starts in his four seasons at Division III Hanover College, racking up 1,157 career points and 392 career rebounds. The guard was a three-time All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference selection, including First Team All-HCAC in 2023 while securing Honorable Mention honors in 2022 and 2024. A 2024 NABC Honors Court Award winner, Greenamoyer was a threat from beyond the arc, setting a school record with 80 three-pointers during the 2022-2023 campaign. He drained 226 threes in a Panther uniform, sinking 38.1 percent of his shots from the perimeter.
Greenamoyer continued his career as a grad student, playing the 2024-2025 season for defending NCAA Division III national champion Trine University as the Trojans wrapped up the year with a 21-5 record.
In addition to his playing resume, Greenamoyer has worked as a coach and trainer at Pro Skills Basketball in Indianapolis.
Greenamoyer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Hanover College while earning a master’s degree in business administration from Trine University.
