Ryan Paul joined the PLU men's tennis coaching staff prior tothe 2014 spring season. He played his college career at Green RiverC.C., where he helped the Gators win the NWACC championship in2007. He won the 1-doubles and 2-singles championships.

Ryan still competes today in the USTA and local opentournaments. His coaching career started in 2006 at Washington HighSchool as the girls' head tennis coach. He is currently the headboys' tennis coach at Bethel High School and the head girls' tenniscoach at Graham Kapowsin High School.

Along with coaching high school the past seven years, Ryan hasbeen an assistant/head tennis professional at Sprinker TennisCenter in Tacoma. He has worked with many high-level junior andadult players in that capacity.
