Will Kelly joined the PLU women's lacrosse coaching staff in the summer of 2024 as an assistant coach leading up the Lutes' first ever season.

Kelly joins the PLU staff after serving as a graduate assistant at Division III Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition to his time at Goucher, Kelly has experience as an intern with Crabs Lacrosse Club, was a coach for National ID Camp and FCA Maryland, and was the Director of Lacrosse Operations at Goucher.

Coaching is in Kelly's blood with his father, Brian, serving as an assistant coach at Division I Johns Hopkins University while also having coaching stops at Goucher and the Washington Bayhawks of Major League Lacrosse.Â

Kelly played college lacrosse at Goucher, earning a Bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in athletic leadership and administration from the Baltimore-based institution.
