An impressive collegiate debut has earned Pacific Lutheran University sprinter Imani Keyes the Northwest Conference's Women's Track Athlete of the Week Award on March 4.

The Spanaway, Washington native turned heads on Saturday afternoon, winning both the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash at Linfield College's Erik Anderson Memorial Icebreaker meet to open up the outdoor season. The first-year won the 400 in a time of one minute, 0.98 seconds while sprinting to the win in the 200 in 25.45 seconds.

Keyes' time is currently the fastest outdoor 200 time in NCAA Division III this season while her effort in the outdoor 400 ranks eighth in the nation.
