Tiffany Twiddy joined the Pacific Lutheran University women's basketball program prior to the 2021-2022 season.
Twiddy joins the Lutes after serving as head coach at Capital High School in Olympia, Washington. Twiddy’s two seasons totaled 25 wins for the Cougars, including the program's first state tournament appearance in over 10 years while also earning South Sound Conference and All-Area Coach of the Year accolades in 2019-2020.
Twiddy joins the Lutes coaching staff with 12 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level and high school ranks. Twiddy has experience coaching as an assistant coach at South Puget Sound Community College and Black Hills High School. As a head coach Twiddy coached at Shelton High School and Capital High School; at that time both 3A South Sound Conference contenders in Washington state.
Twiddy has earned her bachelor's degree from Central Washington University in physical education and health. She went to Ohio University to earn her master's degree in recreation and sports sciences with a concentration in coaching education.
