TACOMA, Wash. - Inclement weather has derailed the Pacific Lutheran University softball team's Northwest Conference opener this weekend in Spokane, Washington against Whitworth University.

The four-game series slated for Saturday and Sunday has been postponed. No make up date has been scheduled at this time.

With the postponement, the Lutes (8-4) will now open up NWC play at home on March 4, hosting George Fox University.
