"I liked the way the guys came out and set the tone defensively for the game. I thought our energy level was great as we created some easy offense from our willingness to guard." Said Head Coach
Chad Murray following the Lutes dominant win.
"Brandin was dominant inside in the first half and that helped create a comfortable lead going into halftime. As was the case last week, the guys did an excellent job offensive rebounding and tonight we made a lot of extra passes for some open looks off of those second chance opportunities."
"We are really looking forward to our trip to Texas. We'll face some stiff competition that will be a challenge for us to deal with."
The Lutes head to Longview, Texas, next week to take on LeTourneau University and the University of St. Thomas (TX) on Thursday and Friday.
