HILLSBORO, Ore. — The Northwest Conference office released its postseason award winners for the sport on volleyball on Monday with Pacific Lutheran University landing four on the All-Conference Team.
Ayre Takamoto and
Macy Matsushima both earned Second Team All-Conference honors while
Shaela Allen-Greggs and
Alexis Eggert secured Third Team All-NWC accolades.
Ayre Takamoto secures All-Conference honors for the second consecutive season. The sophomore setter played in 82 of the team's 83 sets this fall, leading the team and ranking third in the NWC in assists with 710, averaging 8.7 per set. Takamoto was a First Team All-NWC selection during the 2024 campaign.

Macy Matsushima lands Second Team All-NWC as a libero. The sophomore from Honolulu, Hawaii played in all 83 sets this season, finishing the regular season ranked second in the conference in digs and fifth in service aces. Matsushima had 383 digs this year, averaging 4.6 per set with a team-best 39 aces.Â
Shaela Allen-Greggs earns Third Team All-League status for the first time in her career. The junior from Yakima, Washington led the Lute offense with 232 kills, averaging 2.8 per set with a .216 hitting percentage. The outside hitter additionally ranked seventh in the league in kills.
Alex Eggert lands Third Team All-Conference for the first time. The sophomore from Missoula, Montana had 199 kills, averaging 2.4 per set while leading the team in blocks with 59, including 11 solo blocks. The middle hitter ranked fifth in the league in hitting percentage (.233) and was sixth in blocks.Â
The Lutes (14-9, 12-4 NWC) finished the regular season in third place, punching a ticket to the NWC Tournament for the third straight year. PLU begins the third edition of the tournament on Friday in Spokane, Washington, battling second-seed University of Puget Sound at 4:30 p.m.Â
