Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2021: Won five races for the Lutes on the season and placed second in seven other races. Had a career fast time of 1:04.79 in the 100 yard IM against Puget Sound.

2019-2020: Competed in NWC Championships in the 100 fly, 100 back, and 200 back, and the 200 medley and 400 medley relay. Received Second Team All-NWC honors and finished 5th in 100 back (58.85) and in the 200 back (2:07.91), and placed 11th in the 100 fly. 
 
2018-2019: Second Team All-NWC in the 400 medley relay, 100 back, and the 200 back. Placed 7th in the 200 back, 7th in the 100 back and 15th in the 200 IM at the NWC Championships.  

2017-2018: Second Team All-NWC in the 200 back. Placed eighth in the 200 back (2:13.24), 10th in the 100 back (1:00.23) and 19th in the 200 IM (2:18.20) at the NWC Championships. 

High School: Earned Two letters with the Wolverines, serving as team captain one season. 

Personal: Born on July 2 to parents Laura and Wendell. Cousin Thalen Masada attended PLU and was a member of the Lute softball team. Chose PLU because "of the campus community and the ability to participate in many extracurriculars." Involved with synchronized swimming prior to joining the swim team. Member of Tri-M Honors Society, IHON and choir.

Major: English Writing and Communications. Minor in Hispanic Studies.
