2019-2020: Competed in the NWC Championships in the 200 IM, 100 breast, and 200 breast, and the 400 medley, 200 free, and 400 free relay. Received First Team All-NWC honors with a 3rd-place finish in the 100 breast (1:06.43) and the 200 breast (2:25.01), and Second Team All-NWC honors with a 7th-place finish in the 200 IM (2:12.70),

2018-2019: First Team All-NWC in the 200 IM, 400 medley relay and the 100 breaststroke. Was Second Team All-NWC in the 200 breaststroke. Finished 4th in both the 200 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke at the NWC Championship. Finished 7th in the 200 IM.

2017-2018: First Team All-NWC in the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke and Second Team All-NWC in the 200 IM. Finished third in both the 100 breast (1:06.02) and 200 breast (2:24.20) and sixth in the 200 IM (2:12.52) at the NWC Championships. 

2016-2017: Was First Team All-NWC in the 200 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke and Second Team All-NWC in the 200 IM. Won the NWC title in the 200 breast (2:23.15) while finishing runner-up in the 100 breast (1:06.42) and seventh in the 200 IM (2:11.61). Helped the Lutes finish their conference dual meet slate undefeated for the third consecutive season. Was the PLU Co-Rookie of the Year at the year end athletics award banquet.

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner, serving one year as team captain. Was a state qualifier all four years at Meadowdale. Won Wesco Districts in the 100 breaststroke and finished sixth at 3A state as a senior. Won Wesco Districts and placed eighth at state in the 100 breaststroke as a junior. As a freshman, finished sixth in the 400 freestyle relay at state and sixth in the 200 medley relay, helping the team finish sixth overall.

Personal: Born Feb. 20, 1998 to parents Mythuy Phan and Son Nguyenle. Sister to Alexander and Sean. Chose PLU because of the notable education program, small class sizes, and remarkable professors that I will interact closely with, in addition to the friendly community and strong swim program. Serves as a summer math program tutor, high school math tutor, and volunteers at the pool. Hobbies include photography, listening to music, and reading.

Major: Chemistry
