Rebekah Wells joined the Pacific Lutheran University coaching staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2022-2023 season.

Wells served as the Head Coach at Monroe High School during the 2020-2021 season. Prior to Monroe, Wells was an assistant coach and the head JV coach at Vilseck High School in Germany.  

Wells spent seven seasons as a coach ay Edmonds-Woodway High School in Seattle, including the past three years as Head Coach of the varsity program. Under her direction, Edmonds-Woodway finished sixth at the WIAA 3A Championships in 2016. 

Wells has a masters of science in coaching and athletics administration from Concordia University Irvine and a degree in exercise science from Willamette University.
