Biography
2023: Competed at the NWC Championships in the 200y free, 200y breast, 200y IM, and 400y IM. Placed 4th in the 400y IM (4:44.95), earning Second Team All-Conference. Also earned Second Team All-Conference honors in the 200y IM (2:17.65), placing 8th.
2022: Was a member of the PLU Women's Swimming team.
2019-2020: Competed in NWC Championships in the 200 IM, 400 IM, and 200 fly. Received First Team All-Conference honors and finished 2nd in the 200 IM (2:08.66), 400 IM (4:30.94) and 3rd in the 200 fly (2:08.97). Received NWC 2019-20 Freshman of the Year award.
High School: participated in swimming and spent one year as team captain. Cranch specializes in the 400 Individual Medley and Breaststroke events.
Major: Intends on majoring in Nursing and chose PLU because “it felt like home.”
Personal: Daughter of Laurie Lamont and Mark Cranch.
