Biography
College: Finished sixth in the 400 IM (4:48.63) and 1650 free (18:15.52) and 12th in the 200 IM (2:15.79) at the NWC meet in her first collegiate swim season.
High School: Swam at state and districts all four years of high school...voted MVP all four years...team captain senior year.
Personal: Born October 19, 1991...parents are John and Terumi Ackerman...siblings are Tyler, 16, and Kenley, 13...majoring in PR/advertising and minoring in marketing...decided to attend PLU because of "swimming, close to home, good academic programs, international program."
