PORTLAND, Ore. - Pacific Lutheran mowed down the Lewis &
Clark College Pioneers twice on Friday, recording a pair of 8-1
wins in Northwest Conference men's tennis action.
The Lutes are now 3-1 in the conference and overall this season
after taking the tennis "doubleheader" from the host Pioneers.

sweeping all six doubles contests and losing only in singles play.
Justin Peterson teamed with Joel Trudel for 8-0 and 8-3 wins at
No. 1 doubles, and Peterson also picked up a pair of
straight-set wins while playing No. 1 singles in one match and No.
2 in another.

pair of singles wins during the day. Sheldon and Dickey both played
with different partners and came away with two doubles victories.
