SEATTLE, Wash. – The Pacific Lutheran women's basketball team kicked off the 2022-23 season with an exhibition setback to Seattle Pacific 66-33 on Saturday.
Sydney Reisner, Emi Wada and Ava Edmonds each scored six points to lead the Lutes against the NCAA Division II Falcons.
Ashley Akamine added five points, while Taylor Schmidtke had four.
The Lutes open the regular-season at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the Cascade Challenge against The College of Idaho at Northwest University in Kirkland.
