TACOMA, Wash. — The Pacific Lutheran University Athletic Department is hosting its annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 7 inside Olson Gymnasium.
 
The free clinic will be for grades first through six and will be conducted from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Campers in attendance will be encouraged to stick around for the PLU men's and women's basketball games that will be played at the conclusion of the event.
 
Those attending the camp will receive a t-shirt, ball, and lunch, in addition to the free entry into the basketball game. Campers will rotate through stations learning about dance, flag football, lacrosse, soccer, softball, track & field, and volleyball.  
 
Last year's clinic saw over 40 girls in attendance along with 25 volunteers from various PLU athletic teams.
