Biography
2022-2023: Competed in the second varsity eight boat throughout the season. Was a member of the runner-up 2V8 boat and the third finishing novice four boat at the 2023 NWC Championships. Was also a member of the NWC Crew of the Week title receiving varsity four boat at the San Diego Crew Classic.
High School: Was a three-sport athlete for the Little Hawks, competing in diving, gymnastics, and tennis. Was City High's nominee for the IGHSAU Robert Smiley Scholarship Award in 2022.Â
Personal: Parents are Erin and Robert. Has two siblings: Clara and Lucas. Older sister Clara is a PLU graduate and a member of the PLU women's rowing team. Now serves as an assistant coach. Hobbies include jewelry making (follow @lilfroesch on instagram). Member of the honor roll and National Honor Society in high school. Plans on becoming a social media manager for a pro sports team.
