Official NWC Release

HILLSBORO, Ore. — Five members of the Pacific Lutheran University women's track & field team were recognized by the Northwest Conference office on Friday, securing All-Conference accolades for their efforts at the NWC Championships. NWC triple jump champion Kyleigh Archer headlined PLU's All-Conference honorees that also include Madison Downey, Addisen Hering, Ki Neir, and Eva Wirth.

Kyleigh Archer earned All-Conference honors for the second straight season after winning the NWC title in the triple jump at the 2025 NWC Championships last weekend in Portland, Oregon. The sophomore secured the top spot on the podium with a jump of 38 feet, 0 1/4 inches. Teammate Madison Downey was All-Conference in the same event after finishing second with a mark of 36' 10 1/2". Downey also was All-Conference in the long jump, placing third with a leap of 17' 9 3/4". 

Addisen Hering was All-Conference in the 100-meter hurdles. The first-year made her NWC debut in style, finishing third overall in 15.21 seconds. 

Ki Neir was All-League in the pole vault. The first-year soared over 11' 1" to snag a third place finish.

Eva Wirth was recognized as All-Conference in the hammer throw. The senior unleashed a throw of 149' 2" in the event, placing third overall. 

PLU tied for sixth place in the team standings at the 2025 NWC Championships, scoring 68 points. The Lutes' were just three points shy of fourth place Lewis & Clark College in a tight team race that saw only 12 points sepearte third from eighth.
