Jayda Thomas is the Northwest Conference Golfer of the Week.

The Lakewood, Washington native secures the honor on Monday after securing medalist honors last week in a dual match win over Bellevue College.
The junior transfer from Centralia College shot an 81 on Wednesday at Chambers Bay Golf Course, winning individual medalist honors by eight strokes and powering the Lutes to a three stroke win over the Bulldogs.

Thomas finished the round with four birdies and four pars at the 5,822 yard course in University Place, Washington. Thomas's efforts helped the Lutes tally a three-player team score of 270 with Bellevue carding a 273.
This is the second time this spring Thomas was tabbed NWC Golfer of the Week, previously securing the honor on March 23 after winning medalist honors in a dual against South Puget Sound Community College.
The Lutes compete in their last event of the season starting on Sunday with day one of the 2026 NWC Championships at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Oregon.Â
