PORTLAND, Ore. - Women's tennis finished their weekend in Oregon with a 9-0 defeat against
undefeated Lewis & Clark.
"Lewis and Clark is a strong team and the girls fought to stay in every point," Head
Coach Lorrie Wood said. "We're using this as an opportunity to get better."
In No. 1 doubles, Caroline Dreher and Megan Beyers played strong, taking
the Pioneers to extra points before falling 5-8.
The Lutes will return home to Sprinker Recreation Center next week to close out their season with matches against Whitworth and Whitman. The Lutes will host Whitworth on Saturday before wrapping up against Whitman on Senior Day.
