HILLSBORO, Ore. — Pacific Lutheran University goal scorer
Hannah Cecil found the back of the net three times over the weekend and on Monday was tabbed the Northwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

The Bothell, Washington native tallied three goals on the road for the Lutes, helping PLU (7-2-1, 5-1 NWC) outscoring its opponents by a combined 8-0 scoreline. Cecil struck twice on Saturday against Lewis & Clark College, needing less than a minute to score the game-winner before adding an assists in the 20th minute and a penalty kick goal in the 60th. The following day, the junior forward scored in the fourth minute in a 4-0 rout of Pacific University.Â

It's the second time this season the junior forward has earned Offensive Player of the Week and the sixth time this fall a Lute has earned a weekly award from the conference. Cecil was previously honored on Sept. 18 while teammate
Alyssa Leong was the NWC Offensive honoree on Sept. 11 & Sept. 25 while
Abby Winkler won NWC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 5 & Sept. 11.
