TACOMA, Wash. — The Pacific Lutheran University men's track & field squad hosted its second home meet in as many weeks on Saturday, collecting a pair of field event victories from the senior class at the Brad Moore Invitational.

The Lutes opened the meet on Friday afternoon with
Micah Ragaza-Bourassa placing third overall and first amongst Division III competitors in the hammer throw with a toss of 161 feet, 10 inches.Â

On Saturday, senior
Seth Kramer won the long jump, leaping 22' 0 ¾" with
Tyger Willingham fifth overall with a mark of 20' 4 ¼".Â

Fellow senior
Bridger Hanis cleared 6' 3 ½" in the high jump, winning the event by two inches over Western Washington University's Aaron Paul. Hanis also finished fifth in the triple jump with a leap of 40' 0" with
Hunter Kleindl placing seventh with a jump of 37' 1 ¾".Â
For both Kramer and Hanis, it was their final home meet in a Lute uniform.Â
The Lutes' 4x100-meter relay team placed third with Willingham,
Jack Erickson, Kramer, and
Kaden Watts making one trip around the home oval in 42.91 seconds.Â

Erickson later clocked a time of 52.92 in the 400-meters while Willingham finished the 100-meters in 11.12. Kramer was the top Lute in the 200-meter dash, crossing the finish in 23.01.Â

Noah Friedrich led the distance crew, finishing fourth in the 5,000-meters in 15:42.92.
Isaiah Bradley placed second in his heat and eighth overall in the 1,500-meters, clocking a time of 4:25.82.Â

Trevor Coble was fifth in the javelin with a toss of 150' 8" while
Griffin Montana was eighth in the shot put with a heave of 42' 1 ¼".Â
Kleindl was fifth in the pole vault, clearing 14' 1 ¼" with
Kaiden Schlag eighth after clearing 12' 7 ½".Â
"it was great to have good weather today and that was reflected in the results today. We had some strong performances and people are continuing to improve," said Head Coach
Trey Henderson.
"We're close to the halfway point of the season and we need to keep working hard but overall a really good day and the team represented well for the inaugural Brad Moore Invite!"

The Brad Moore Invitational was the Lutes' second and final home meet of the season with the program honoring its six seniors—
Garrett Armbruster,
Bridger Hanis,
Seth Kramer,
Griffin Montana,
Jonathan Ochoa, and
George Sonko— in a post meet ceremony.Â

The Lutes remain in Tacoma next weekend, making the trip across town for the University of Puget Sound's Peyton Shotwell Invitational.Â
